Add a maintained automatic Issue Designer default and eight separate manual Designer methods. Extend the public package checker to admit the designer / design role-step pair. The packages use instruction-only schema v1 and declare no new tools or workflow effects.
The review loop also corrected the README assignment paths for the pinned Designer default and optional Designer forks. Standards and Spec rereviews found no remaining actionable findings on the final head.
