Nightly 3034 (Simple · Model Executor Test) failed 11 cases in
tests/model_executor/models/qwen3_tts/test_qwen3_tts_code2wav.py with

    TypeError: _FakeAutoWeightsLoader.load_weights() got an unexpected keyword argument 'mapper'

vLLM 0.29 removed skip_prefixes from AutoWeightsLoader, so on this branch
Qwen3TTSCode2Wav.load_weights passes the "encoder." exclusion as a
WeightsMapper via load_weights(weights, mapper=...). The test double still
modelled the old one-argument signature. Let it accept the keyword.
Branch-only rebase fallout; no production code changed.

Validation: tests/model_executor/models/qwen3_tts passes (232 tests).
