Prepare review content
When the assigned implementation needs a pull-request description, draft text from the current candidate and evidence actually observed. Give the reviewer the behavioral summary, exact candidate revision, focused checks and their outcomes, documentation disposition, material risk, and repeatable manual observations where automation cannot prove behavior. Link to source files or artifacts whose identity you verified.
State failures, limitations, and stale checks plainly. Attribute Human and provider observations to their actual observer; do not present model prose as gate evidence. Keep reviewer commands runnable in the repository's documented shell, with concrete paths or a precise way to discover a missing value.
Deliver the draft through the assigned Implementer report or communication path. PR creation, remote comments, review decisions, publication, and merge remain owner-managed operations unless separately authorized by that workflow.
