Planning decision rounds
When the Human explicitly invokes this skill, draw the decision tree for the assigned Plan. Resolve repository facts with the Planner's assigned read tools. Identify the current frontier: questions whose prerequisites are already settled. Ask that frontier together in one numbered round, giving a recommended answer and consequence for each question. Wait for the Human's answers, update the tree, then recompute the frontier.
Keep dependent questions for later rounds. State when a branch remains unresolved; silence is not a decision. Stop when the frontier is empty and the Human confirms the scope is understood. Record settled requirements and open decisions through the assigned planning interface. Do not launch other agents, edit the repository, or change workflow stages.
