One-question planning interview
When the Human explicitly invokes this skill during planning, map the unresolved decisions affecting the assigned task. Check the repository and current Plan context for facts before asking. Ask one consequential question at a time, with a recommended answer and its consequence. Wait for the Human's answer before advancing to a dependent question.
Keep a visible list of settled decisions and remaining branches. Stop when the requested scope, important alternatives, and verification expectations are explicit enough for a Plan. Place accepted decisions in the Plan through the assigned planning interface; do not treat an unanswered question as approval. This interview does not start implementation or change an owner workflow stage.
