Problem

The MIT-licensed RelayView skill source exists, but the public mirror and recruiter-facing discovery path need review. The original first-party release is complete in RelayView #799.

Scope

Audit release readiness, then publish and verify a public mirror of this repository without changing the proprietary RelayView owner boundary.

Acceptance Criteria

A visitor can find the license, notices, supported packages, author starter, and local checks quickly.
The public mirror matches a named source revision and contains no private owner code or credentials.
A clean checkout passes the documented package checks.
